Rhinoceros are found in the continents of Asia and Africa. The Asian Rhinoceros are smaller in size in comparison to that of African. Their average weight goes up to 1.5 tons and they have very tough and thick skin. Rhinoceros have a horn in the middle of their face and some of its species carry two horns.
They are herbivorous animals who like to eat leaves, grasses, buds, fruits and shoots. The life span of a rhino can go up to 50 years or more. Their main habitat includes grasslands, tropical bush land and savannas.
