the Koala

Koala are medium size animals that are found in the regions of Australia. Koala are herbivorous animal that mainly feed on eucalyptus leaves. Koala are nocturnal mammal that spends most of the time in resting on eucalyptus trees. They have a pouch in front which is used to carry babies in it.
Their distinctive feature includes large wide head and rounded ears. Their height grows to 34 inches and weighs around 12kg. Koala�s main habitat includes eucalyptus trees, inland and coastal forests. They are also able to easily adaptable animal. The loss of natural habitat is making them to separate.
