Grasshoppers are found all over the world. They are well-known for their style of jumping. They are medium sized insects and one can find them in fields and meadows. Grasshoppers can grow up to 2 inches and with the help of their wings they can migrate to distant places. Grasshoppers have six legs and its two back legs are bigger in size. They are herbivorous animals and like to eat weeds, leaves, shrubs, grasses, barks and other plant matters. They are also a better food for many predators of it like rodents, birds and others.
