Lemurs are mainly from Madagascar Island of Africa. There are around ten species of lemur in this island. They are well-known for their round reflexive eyes and screams. They also have pointed ears, furry and a long tail which makes them to get compared with squirrels and monkeys.
They have omnivorous diet and they depend on eating nuts, berries, leaves spider and insects. Lemurï¿½s main habitats are dry forest and tropical jungle. Their life span goes up to 14 years and they like to live in group.
